Complete AutomationA Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) continuously monitors the operation of the system and controls the TecH2Ozone Meat and Produce Treatment System. The PLC is equipped with input signals from the various sensors build into the system. The TecH2Ozone system is so user friendly that it is operated by simply turning on the switch at the beginning of the shift and turning off the switch at the end of the shift.

Safe OperationThe TecH2Ozone Meat and Produce Treatment System can be utilized in the gas phase or the liquid phase. Our system is designed and built to make sure that no ozone gas can escape to the work area. Specially designed safety features are standard to keep your employees safe and your facility gas-free.

AdaptabilityThe TecH2Ozone Meat and Produce Treatment System is designed so it can be integrated into any technology (i.e. plume washing, spray washing, etc.) that is currently available. By having the ability to utilize ozone not only in the gas form but dissolved into a liquid as well, the TecH2Ozone system can easily adapt to most any situation.

Minimal Water Consumption—The TecH2Ozone Meat and Produce Treatment System is designed with a complete recirculation of the wash water. Since washing consumes a great amount of water, it is very important that water recovery is part of any washing technology used. The TecH2Ozone Meat and Produce Treatment System reuses make-up water collected from the ozone wash as well as the ozone misting process to help reduce operating costs for the facility.
